Free Loan Counseling
Vision of faith is committed to helping people in our communities acquire the knowledge and education necessary to make informed decisions on issues that impact their every day life. One of the ways Vision of Faith achieves this is through offering free loan counseling to individuals in the community. We review options available to them in the following areas:
- First time home buyer seminars which cover various programs and incentives available for first time homebuyers and the qualifications necessary to qualify for the different loan programs
- Loan Modification seminars which cover the steps required in presenting your case before your lender, the use of forensic loan audits, referrals to loan modification professionals
- Reverse Mortgage Counseling – understanding if this is right for your specific situation and the options available
- Credit Education which gives the individual an opportunity to understand their own credit, understand debt, and understand how the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act work for the consumer

We have a volunteer program that trains and equips volunteers to go into the senior care facilities and minister to these precious people. We want to give back and be a blessing in our communities. We are determined to make a difference, “One Person, One Soul, One day at a time.”

Conclusion
We at Vision of Faith see ourselves as a hub where we can meet with individuals, assess their needs and work in partnership with other organizations to give them the resources they will need to succeed in life. We realize that one individual organization cannot meet all the needs of everyone in our community. We strive to work hand in hand with each other to reach out to those in need and make a difference in their lives. The senior citizens are a vital portion of our nation’s population. In providing essential programs and services to them we are enhancing their living experience and strengthening our community as a whole.
